Instruction of Portable Dental Chair Unit
1. Before Using And Getting Ready
1.1 First of all check the outside of the box, the power cord, the
outlet on
the body, make sure that they are in nomal condition. Then open the
cover, check the buttons, pressure gauges, three-way syring,
handpiece
tubes as well as their brackets, check wether there is a damage
phenominon. If there is any, please contact with the local
distributor or
the manufacturer in time.
1.2
Fill the bottle with clean water, put it in the right place;
(attention: no
leaking on the Portable Dental Chair Unit)
1.3 Put the round foot control on the ground;
1.4 Pluge in (the compressor begines storing air, the Portable
Dental Chair Unit is ready to
work), put the pressure for handpiece to the highest piont (turn
lest), set
one of your foot on the foot control, when the pressure of the
compressor
gets to 0.2 Mpa, the Portable Dental Chair Unit is working (let you
foot off when you want
to stop it)

2. Operating Instruction of Specific Parts
2.1 High-speed Handpiece
First, install the high-speed handpiece, then put one foot on the
round foot-control to start the treatment Portable Dental Chair
Unit, meanwhile pay
attention to the pressure gauge on the left, which shows the
pressure. The
required working pressure for high-speed handpiece is generally
0.22MPa.
If the pressure shown on the pressure gauge is higher than 0.22MPa,
turn the handpiece pressure button right gradually to get the
required
pressure; if the pressure is lower than that, turn left.
If you need aerosol, first open the water control, then turn left
or
right to get atomizer or to stop it.
Attention:
Do not open the atomized control of water bottle and the control of
atomization before atomizing, or the water would spray out.
2.2 Low-speed handpiece 2
It can be opperated as the means of high-speed handpiece, but the
required working pressure for low-speed handpiece is about 0.32
Mpa.
2.3 Three-way syring
It can be used directly without pressing the foot control. Just
press
the air-jet button is ok. If you need spraying water, just turn on
the water
bottle control. Press the air-jet button and the water-jet button
at the same
time, you can get atomized water.

Sunction system
Just take it from the bracket and use it; after use, put it back on
the
right place. (pay attention to the white hose on the back, it is
the leading
of sunction system.You should beforehand prepare container for the
dispose water)
3. Notes:
3.1
Attention to the pressure adjusting valve on the machine control
panel, The pressure is 0.5~0.6 MPA already set by the manufacture.
Do not mobilize this valve at your will, or this unit can’t work
normally when pressure is too high, and you would damage the
handpiece tubes or other cannulas.
3.2
After use, cut off the power, and once again step on the foot
control
pedal to release all residual gas in the machine motor and other
tubes.
Make sure that the pressure on handpiece and the pressure on
compressor get to zero. If not, the machine will be damaged as a
result of long-term pressure of residual gas.

4. Explanation
